Why cant Google Drive locate my folder?

I have uploaded some documents (Word and Excel files) to Google Drive with no issues.

However, when I uploaded a folder containing around 100MB of Word files and bmp/jpeg files, I can only locate them using Google Drive on my laptop and not my Android phone. The single files I loaded are there with no issues, but when using the app, the folder is not to be found.

I have ICS on my phone and have no other issues with Google Drive, but don’t know how to locate the folder (or files in the folder).

Thanks in advance for any help or advice.

Google Drive for Android Main Screen
    1) My Drive – It contains all your stored photos, videos, documents and other online files.
    2) Shared with me – These data was shared by another person. You may access this files but the ownership remains with the original author.
    3) Starred – Files or folder you have starred (favorite) or something you have given more importance than the rest.
    4) Recent – A number of most recently accessed, opened, or edited files. Also listed here are data you have saved for offline access.

One important thing to note, however, is that installing a file manager, such as Astro File Manager, is required to browse files outside of your music and photo galleries.
