Not sure if this is what you had in mind but FineTune has an Internet Radio player that works on the Wii: http://www.finetune.com/wii/player.php

How about http://www.soundrocka.com its a free music site, works perfectly on the wii !

This one works for The Wii Internet Channel. As a matter of fact you can only access it on the Wii Internet Channel.
