How do I get the Android SDK Manager executable?

Dear Friend,

As per the instructions, I have managed to do the process up to downloading Android SDK file to my computer. However, when I was asked to open the Tools folder inside of the zipped archive and open the Android SDK Manager executable, it only contains some updates and not the Android SDK Manager. Please explain why is that.

I have already installed Oracle Java 7 to my Computer as per instructions I cannot proceed after that. Please explain me to Root my Phone to get an update new version of Android. Thanks!

    Hello, I've downloaded that file countless times and the Android SDK Manager executable file is always located in the primary, root directory. For example, once you unzip the archive file, just inside either the first or second folder, you should seek SDK Manager.exe.

    There are different SDK files that you can download. For example, there's the ADT Bundle, which includes Eclipse, in addition to the SDK. I've found that this is much easier to use than other options. Go ahead and download it, and you should find the SDK Manager in the first or second folder:
