Are you asking, if we can provide you with a source that has network passwords? If so, even if such a site existed, the probability of you being indeliberately in range of that network are directly proportional to the likelihood of you getting hit a tronado, thunder and a car transporting the pope.

download PdaNet on your smartphone, activate bluetooth on both smartphone and ipod touch to tether, then you’re good to go!

The easiest way for you to get a WiFi password is to ask the owner of the network you are attempting to connect to for the password.
