Which free speech-to-text webservices for Windows would you suggest?

    If you're looking for web services to do the job, it doesn't matter if you're using Windows or not, just FYI.

    This one is a pretty good basic text-to-speech website.

    AT&T's text-to-speech demo is good too, but has a length limit.

    Between these two, you should be able to fulfill your needs.

      i viewed the query weblinked by you. Please mention free software downloads which are as good or better than inbuilt "Speech-to-text" dictation software for windows

      You asked for a webservice so it is in SaaS (software as a Service) model. Downloading does not apply to this architecture.
