Which is the best free platform for webinars?

Google Hangouts is great for this. You can have a group chat of 10 or use Google’s Hangouts on Air (HOA) for unlimited participants.

Have you ever tried HOA? It allows you to know how the participants are?
Also, they must have Google accounts?

That one is used by many Institutions. GotoWebinars but it is really expensive. One must use this tool really often to avoid feeling the burden.
