I would like to be able to store a backup of all my files on the internet and have them updated automatically. Does anyone know of a website or program that does this? Preferably for free. :)

Give MyPC Backup a test drive. They are new to online storage scene but are doing great job of getting it right. One of its best feature is the unlimited storage space.

There are various ways to backup your files online

    Dropbox (+2GB free) http://www.dropbox.com
    Mozy (2GB free) http://www.mozy.com
    iDrive (5GB free) http://www.idrive.com
    ADrive (50GB free) http://www.adrive.com
SkyDrive (25GB free) http://skydrive.live.com (3rd-party Sync Software required)
Windows Live Mesh (5GB free, substracted from SkyDrive storage) http://explore.live.com/windows-live-mesh?os=other

I leave the evaluation up to someone else - I have only used Dropbox and Live Mesh.

If you are in the US and/or have good speeds to servers located there you might be interested in one of the following:
Backblaze http://www.backblaze.com) unlimited storage, $5/m per System
    CrashPlan (www.crashplan.com) unlimited storage, $49.99/yr for 1 System, $119.99/yr for 2-10 Systems

You can get 2GB of space for free from Dropbox. It creates a folder on your computer that automatically syncs with the online server whenever it's changed. There are also ways to get a little extra storage for free such as inviting new users and tweeting on Twitter or sharing on Facebook about the service. http://www.dropbox.com
