Does anyone know any online learning website on programming languages that can provide free certification?

March 14, 2010I know you can get a certificate from Microsoft but they are not free and mostly for their own products.

A while ago we have also reviewed a site called MyAwardMaker where you can download lots of custom certificate templates.

March 14, 2010About the closest thing I can find is the W3Schools’ Online Certification Program. It shows you everything you need to get certified in any language and allows you to train for free. When you think you’re ready to take the exam, however, it costs roughly $75 if you want to get certified. Here’s the link:

March 15, 2010The truth is also that if you need those certifications for any legitimate reasons, you will need to get them from a recognizable source, or they won’t be worth much. Anyone can give you a certificate, but unless they come with from some group that counts, no one will take them seriously.
second that!
