MP4 is mainly used for internet transporting, supported by many mobile media player(mobile phone); MPEG-1 and MPEG-2 are used in digital devices, supported by making VCD or DVD.

FormatFactory only support file to file conversion. You can convert to MPG ,then
use “Nero” to burn VCD/DVD
use nero vision> add the files>select menus>encode & burnthis will convert the files to dvd format so that it can be playable in any dvd player

If you have Haali Spliter installed you can directly convert them to VCD using TMPGenc
