How can I fix my µTorrent downloader?

Foad Adnani asks:

I have problem with peers and tracker. In last piece of torrent, the logger keeps telling me ‘your peer block’ and my status of 99% goes to 54%.

However, when I refresh select and peers in peers tab hundred time it goes OK without problem.

Is the peers jack me or tracers?

perhaps you used IP Filtering for Peerblock

You are downloading from a private or public tracker?
If you are downloading from a private tracker, maybe you need to seed!
If not, then uninstall utorrent & any software you have installed to download with torrents, also others you might have installed for speeding up download with torrent etc.. Than install again utorrent!
Make sure to do a clean uninstall for all of this programs, and delete the preferences folder too! (Which you might find it in C:\User\[username]\AppData\Roaming\utorrent\ in windows 7)

try to reinstall your uTorrent, may some trouble will fixed with that way,
