I believe Sony still supports PS2, you may want to return it and have the professionals fix it.

Hello, does it do it with every video or just some of them? If it is some of them, you might need to clean the lasers on your ps2 or it might be that your discs are scratch/dirty. If it is all of them, then it is a different story because it could be your disc drive is on the way out.
