Erlis Dhima asks:
Hello there!
I have a Nokia C2-01, and I tried to flash it with the latest firmware update, using Phoenix Studio. Now my phone won’t start anymore! When I try to turn it on it flashes 2 or 3 times and then it turns off again!
Can anyone help me? I tried to re-flash, but it doesn’t work anymore…
Can anyone tell me of any other software that can fix my ‘dead’ phone now?

September 2, 2012From the log that you posted below, it seems that phoenix is unable to comunicate with the phone after it has finished flashing. Try uninstalling Nokia Ovi Suite and all other nokia drivers, uninstall phoenix, reboot, install phoenix again and try to reflash.
Already tried that, but didn’t work! I’m going crazy here! :/
September 2, 2012Did you try flashing it from another computer?
September 3, 2012No, I haven’t tried that! I was thinking doing that!
September 4, 2012And now, I think I’ll try!

September 19, 2012hy erlis first of all uninstall phoenix pc suite, phoenix from your pc and reinstall it. then disable your antivirus and flash your phone again. i also had the same probelm like yours, after uninstalling antivirus and unblocking phoenix from firewall , flashing was sucessful. If you are flashing from desktop connect your usb cable at the back port of your cpu. hope this helps.
I will try it! Thanks!
September 19, 2012I think that it was a windows problem with the program.. And not the mobile problem! Anyway, thanks again!
