How do I fix a damaged uDisk?

chanel asks:

I connect my phone to my netbook, both of which have uDisk. But when I connect my phone to my USB port to transfer my data like music or pictures it sends a notification saying my uDisk is damaged I need to reformat. How do I fix this problem?

    Which phone you have? which version of windows on your notebook?
    you say you have udisk on notebook? give more info

      Same problem android optimus v and android 7′ 2.2…says damaged udisk when usb connected

        format android, from settings you should be able, maybe there is also an option keep photos and videos, but applications will be lost.
