Where can I find a Windows 7 driver for my PCtel modem?

Where can I find a PCtel modem driver that will work on my Dell Inspiron 1000 with Windows 7? Ever since I upgraded from XP I can’t connect to any network or Internet service with my laptop. It appears to be because the driver for my modem isn’t installed, and though I’ve installed one called HSP 56 MR (SIS) it still doesn’t seem to work.
