Can you help me find a video downloader I saw on MakeUseOf?

I saw an article about a program that can download virtually any web video, not just YouTube. The program sits in the taskbar and when you watch a video online it shows the URL or content, or something like that and saves this video for offline use.

Unfortunately I did not save the link. Sorry if I am not providing enough info, but does anyone know what this program is called? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I’m not quite sure which downloader you are talking about, but this one would do about the same: http://www.addictivetips.com/windows-tips/clipgrab-desktop-video-downloader/

It sits in the taskbar and notifies you when there us a video you can download and works for many websites.
I’m sure someone here will find it for you.

Hi,

There are lot of programs available to download online videos. Right now i am using “downloadhelper” plug-in for my Mozilla browser. and another one is real-player. Just install real player, it also detect video files and you may download too.

It must be VideoDownload Helper. It’s a Firefox plugin that will download pretty much anything on the internet, except certain websites that invest a great deal in copyright protection.

amigo yo hablo en español pero te recomiendo que te bajes el Rigtager,antes habia una promo regalando a estudiantes peero bajatelo de (gratis programas) que hay un serial de oro,jajajja bueno espero haberte ayudado ;)
