I was reviewing my Gmail messaegs from my Iphone and by mistake hit on the trash can, but I dont know how to retrieve it. I tried opening the computer on Gmail but the email was not there.

just use a software to recover deleted texts from your iphone backup. there are many of them, the one that I’ve used and know that works is textsaver from myph0nedata. Just google it.
