July 4, 2011Personally I always found VirtualDub and TMPGEnc being one the best and fastest but duo to their options they are more suited for advanced users.
Other then that it depends on your conversion – source and target file/codec/size.
For all sorts of mobile devices and phones I suggest to look into Videora. They have some decent converters.

How Windows XP 2007?
Right click on My Computer and click properties.Under general tab you can see which version of windows XP you are having.If you have windows XP SP2 then you need to either install SP3 update or install windows imaging media component.

Then you must install Windows XP SP3.For using Hamster video converter,you will just need to install .net framework 4 and hamster.
If you feel uncomfortable installing XP SP3 then you use Any video converter.But output will be of dull quality in comparison with Hamster.
