Can someone please explain a tag page, and how best to build one?

Steve Shaw asks:

I heard Google loves a tag page. I know it would be in a tag subfile, but can someone please elaborate on how best to set up tag pages?

If you’e using WordPress then I would highly recommend Simple Tag plugin. It integrates excellent tagging features into WordPress i.e. tag management, related posts, related tags, tag clouds and more. We are using on MakeUseOf.com
