How can I enable dual band wireless on my TG582N router?

Is this the following Technicolor device?
http://www.technicolor.com/en/hi/digital-home/mediaaccess/dsl/wireless/adsl/technicolor-tg582n

This device does not have dual band, it is 2.4GHz band only. It only has 2×2 antennas to offer more bandwidth (via spatial streams) and a little bit higher coverage.
