How can I forward an email in Windows Mail without the background music?

I received a great email but it comes with terrible background music. How do I forward it without the music? (I have Windows Mail)

    If you receive an attachment , you can try to edit the file and forward,
    if the content is from a server, you can’t make changes unless some options are provided.

    Hello, is the file attached to email? or is it an html formatted email?
