Why can’t I use email or messaging on my Nokia 2960?

I have a Nokia 2960. When I bought this phone, there was email and messaging support, but recently it stopped worked. I tried to restore my phone but the problem isn’t solved. Can anyone tell me how I might fix my phone?

    maybe is access point from your operator that provide services, call them ask them to send the settings

    then Go to Settings –> Configuration –> Personal settings, Just add new  based the one that you received from them

    . Then, back to Configuration and set these..
    “Preferred access point.” set to “My access point”.
    “Default config. setting.” set to “Personal config”.

    i dont have Nokia 2960 but should be this kind of configuration
