try Disksorter

locate files with the same format then remove them into a single folder directory.
Organizing soft automatically cant be done in windows and you have to interact with it via a command interface.

You can do it manually and be organized.
set send to shortcuts for different categories.
so whenever you see a file or folder is on a random folder.
you can send to a proper categorized folder.
1. Create specific folders for movies songs, prorgrmas , persoal stuff etc based on your requirements.
start menu > run> type: “sendto” hit enter
2. now paste shortcuts to those folders in the send to folder.
thats it.
Now whenever you see a movie or photos on your desktop,
Right click and send to “movies” or “pictures” and delete.
It will help you to clean up your desktop etc if you are as unorganized as I am
If he is using windows 7, to reach sendto folder, he can type the following in search box:
shell:sendto
