Can we install Windows XP over Windows 7 and then use both operating systems? My question is first Windows 7 and then install Windows XP in another partition and then use them both, so that none of my operating systems is lost.

    That's a terrible job;
    I had strange problems with that for more than one month !!!!
    Just go through http://www.sevenforums.com
    read that carefully, tell them your current system, whether you have XP or 7 first ! That's really important.

    Sagar,what you are looking for is called a dual boot, i.e. you install two operating systems in a way that you can boot either one.I have never done this, but I have researched an article for you that describes the setup with Windows 7 installed first (method two):http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/8057-dual-...Please let us know if you managed to set up the dual boot or whether you need more help. Thank you!
