How can I make DropboxAltStarter quit without having to close my DropBoxes?

Followed the thread on creating multiple DropBox accounts on a Mac on the article How To Run Multiple Dropbox Accounts Simultaneously How To Run Multiple Dropbox Accounts Simultaneously [Mac] How To Run Multiple Dropbox Accounts Simultaneously [Mac] Read More and Josh’s suggestion to use Applescript editor to create the application.

It works great, however, the DropboxAltStarter does not want to quit when trying to logout/shutdown/restart. I have to manually quit both DropBoxes to do so. Not a big problem, but annoying.

Any suggestions?
