I strongly recommend "Video Download Helper" addon for Firefox to download any flash based videos.
    Link: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/video-downloadhelper/

Second alternative I would recommend is "Ant video Downloader" addon for Firefox.
    Link: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/video-downloader-player/

    Both are good and free.

nstall a download manager, like IDM (Internet Download Manager).
After installing it, restart your browser, and open the video you want, and you will see a download now button, in the top right corner of the video!

    download link is

It's very easy to get movieclip videos.
    1. video recorders. Software like Any Video Recorder(http://any-video-recorder/com) needed, so you can record any website and any video that is playable.

    2. browser plugins. NetVideoHunter from Firefox, FVD Video Downloader from Chrome.

    3. RealPlayer. Install its RealPlayer Download, every time you play a video, it will appear above the video windows and could click it to download.

    4. video software. Some video converters could download videos, such as Any Video Converter.

More detailed steps could refer to: http://any-video-recorder.com/4-ways-to-get-metacafe-videos-free.html

I use an extension called Flash and Video. It is a one-click download solution for all streaming videos. Gives you a download button on the browser to select quality and automatically download the video. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/download-flash-and-video/

Then try Replay Media Catcher 4!
If it doesn't still work, use a screen recorder!
