    You can get Kweye app by visiting the link below on your phone.You can also get this app by connecting your phone to PC by connecting your phone in ovi suite/pc suite mode,opening the Nokia suite on PC and visit the link through browser.You need to login into Nokia store before you download.

      Nice search result

      But It says that app is not available for Nokia X3-02 on selecting the model in ovi store

      Can you send me the same file or another which works for video security through h.264 format?

        I apologize for this.
        If you even obtain the setup file of Kweye app,your phone will deny the installation due to phone incompatibility.

        Did you mean to say video surveillance app for your phone?

            If you can search a similar application which can relay H.264 video from security camera via static ip and username but unlike
            apps which relay video from pc webcam
