Does optical character recognition (OCR) in Gdrive scan option convert even handwritten language into searchable PDF? If not can you recommend tools to convert even handwritten language into searchable PDF or a MS office document?

I suggest you hire a good typist to enter your handwritten material. OCR programs cost from $100 to $300 USD and the results still aren't all that good no matter how great they claim to be. You will spend hours correcting misidentified text.

Unfortunately, the OCR can work for scanned documents where in the words were typed - even then, it doesn't always work. However, I would recommend the same OCR tools that ha14 had linked to. Many paid alternative OCR programs include the functionality of handwriting recognition http://lifehacker.com/5624781/five-best-text-recognition-tools
