Depending on your phone there are various ways – some easier, some not.

My Mobiler (for Windows Mobile)

Android Screencast (for Android)

ScreenSplitr (for iPhone)
http://screensplitr.com/

These are just some of the popular options.
Unfortunately for the iPhone the device must be jailbroken because those Apps are only available on Cydia.

you can use image expo software for getting your phone screen on your pc…or download remote professional, which works only for nokia
