There are several options, if you have vlc media player installed ,
    play a video
    open play list
right click on video in playlist and select information.
    then click codec details.

other option is media info, which tell you many additional info in addition to the dimensions, such as file location that can be copied and typed to edit.

it will show an additional section when you right click and select properties of a flv or any other file.
    you can get media info
    individual

or with k lite codec package, which I recommend to install.

If you had this installed, you would not have asked this question :)

Hello, you could use media info by itself.  Or, if you have the k-lite codec pack, it is installed by default.  It creates an entry in right click menu.  To use it, select and highlight the file you want to find out the info for, click on MediaInfo option and it will show specs like framerate, size, etc.

Right now I can only think of MediaTab if you want it to be available within the Windows Explorer.
