What’s the difference between “Reloaded games” and “Repacked games”?

Aboodi_CR7 asks:

I just know that Repacked games are smaller than other types of games.

Repack :

Any lossy compressed game ,generally packed in an installer that has been released by the scene (pirate groups). The main aim is to reduce size with not much loss of quality.
the followings are generally compressed (lossy/lossless)
textures
sound
videos
Multi language support is stripped to reduce size
similar to full rips but with installers, as with ripped games installation takes more time due to decompression/unpacking.

Reloaded :

It’s the name of the person/group that cracked/ripped/pirated it. They add their name as a tag on the end of the game, to tell people it’s their “work”.

Repacked games run without an installation disk, but you have to decompress the game then mount or burn the .iso (disk image) to be able to install.

Sometime reloaded means that the source is over and someone else re-uploaded.
