This is regarding to the post here : http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/how-to-score-money-with-t-shirt-designs/

I heard that there is a some kind of instrument which helps us to design T-Shirts with slogons in bulk and sell them.

I searched over internet and wasn’t able to find anything to use. Here in Hyderabad, only one or two guys make such businesses. May be you can write a new article about such thing and help hobbyists ?

Maybe you can look into screen printing and direct to garment printing.

It's not really an instrument as such ~ there are sites which offer to print and sell t-shirt designs created by you.

The actual design has to be done by you e.g. using Gimp or Photoshop. The sites only offer a clean t-shirt template and the platform to start such business

      I think I didn't make myself clear.

I design it with photoshop, but I want it to print myself and I want to know it can be done . And a possibility to get t-shirt template myself rather than depending on third party tools/services . We cannot effort on third party tools if a client want us to prepare a 1000 shirts for his fanclub or an organization

      I hope you understand
