July 21, 2012short anser You can’t delete your face book best thing to do is set it so you don’t get any updates then use the steps on how to delete my account (Facebook help) but i did this for my other FB and after you can still fined that profile on facebook and i can log in to recuver it. but i think FB deletes old accounts people don’t use after X# of days to save space.
After you delete the Facebook account, the account has to remain unused for a long time.. at least a month, and I have heard some places that it has to remain unused for 90 days.
Whatever the correct time is, after that time has passed, the Facebook account will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
While you are waiting for the time to pass, if you keep accessing your account (logging in…), the delete will probably fail and you may have to do the delete all over again.

After you log in into your Facebook account, on the top next to Home you will find a down arrow. Just click on it and go to Account settings.
In Account settings page, on the left hand side, you will find the Security option. Click on it and the last option on this page is to de-activate your account.

July 26, 2012Just go to settings and deactivate your account. That way your invisible in your friend list, your profile will not be searchable and your photos which you have uploaded are gone! You can choose to activate when you like.

July 28, 2012go to your Account setting by clicking the triangle shape next to Home at the right top corner.
then choose Security option from the top left menu
when it opens there is Deactivate your account option, click it.
then when the page loads it asks for your “reason for leaving”
choose your reason as I have another FB account.
there is no harm checking that small box for opt out of future email.
Then click Confirm
It will ask you for your password – type it
and click deactivate now
DONE.

when it opens there is Deactivate your account option, click it. Now THIS IS IMPORTANT: After you went thru all the steps you MUST NOT interact fith facebook in ANY WAY for two weeks which is a ful 336 hours. After that, it’s gone.

Yes, I agree. This is probably the fastest and most sure way !!! Just add the pictures and then ask someone to make a complaint for you.
