Rohit,
you could just start a WordPress blog and publish each Wallpaper as a new post. You can also create separate pages showcasing your wallpapers. Or get a plugin for an image gallery or install a photoblog theme etc.
I think you need to provide a better description of what you would like to do and what you have?
