How can I create an organization chart with OpenOffice?

Stuart asks:

i need a template for Open Office that does the same as Office organization chart. Any help much appreciated.

Did you think of doing a Google search first? Apparently not, since you would have found this:

Search before you post a question. Don’t expect others to solve your problems if you’re too lazy to do any research.

I found this link while doing a search for the same thing. Did you read your own link? You linked to a developer’s guide with half a page of code. Most people tasked with creating an org chart aren’t developers. The answer from ha14 below is much more helpful.
