lara asks:
I am working on PowerPoint for Mac. I want to put a picture of a plan of a building on the slide, then when someone hovers over it or clicks it, another picture appears with details about the plan of the building.

September 25, 2011I’m on PC, but I assume it’s rather similar. The way you do this is by inserting an action.
In your case, you should create two slides, one containing the first picture and the other the second picture. Now choose the first picture and go to Insert -> Action. Here you can choose that a mouse click or a mouse over the element will link to the next slide. This will look like the mouse over changed the picture!
You can play with this to create really cool things, like highlighting the picture or have it change colors.
Good luck!
