How can I create folders for different audio files on my iPod Shuffle 3G?

I have an Apple iPod Shuffle 3G.

In this, can we have ‘folders’ (I don’t know whether it is appropriate word or not)? One for songs and other for speeches. Can I have folders in my device?

If yes, how to make them and how to open those folders in my iPod device?

Thank you.

    iTunes groups tracks by artist name, so songs and videos are put in their own folders:

    Artist->Album Title-> track# ->song title.

    This way, all of the songs by the artist will appear under their name in
    the iTunes Library, folders, and on the iPod. You can have  the artist
    listed by his name only and then artist & guest artist, listing each
    separately. You can do the same for any video files you have.

    In iTunes, go to Preferences->Advanced and be sure to check the box that says "Keep iTunes Media folder organized". If iTunes asks if you want it to name or rename your songs, click 'No'.

    I have this checked but when the window opened asking if I wanted iTunes to name or rename my songs I clicked 'no'.

    You could also try the iTunes Compilation feature, where you designate all songs of an album as part of a compilation, which prevents each
    individual artist from being listed under the Artist directory. This
    keeps the album in the Album directory, and also puts it in a special "Compilations" directory under the general heading of Music.
