I would like to add my logo to my Outlook email signature, but each time I create it in “advanced” it double spaces all of the information.
Would adding a photo cause the same problems?
Any help greatly appreciated.

Since you havn't given us what version of outlook you are using, we can't give you specific details. Are you using Outlook Express, MS Outlook 2003/2007/2010 etc?

So have a look at these sites for additional help. http://www.timeatlas.com/email/outlook/creating_outlook_signatures

For a more detailed how-to, look into this post - How to Create An Email Signature in MS Outlook 2007 Using Office Clipart

If Taty's suggestion and this how-to doesn't solve the problem, let us know here...I will look into it again.

    Hi Barbara
    Please follow the steps below:
    Go to
    Options
    > Mail format
    > signatures
    >email signatures
    > select New
    > choose a name for it (any name so you know what signature that is since you can have different ones)
    > From there you can write whatever you want and select an image to use
    > when you are done, click OK.
