What is the correct portal for the official Facebook blog to know its new feature releases?

Dr.Sunil Vaswani asks:

The portal – blog.facebook.com does not mention recently released and active features, such as App Center and Comments edit.

So is there another place where Facebook mentions its official feature releases?

It looks like blog.facebook.com is the only official facebook blog. However, there is this one that may keep you updated with what you want to know:

I’m pretty positive blog.Facebook.com is the only “official” Facebook blog run by the Facebook Team. You can find Facebook updates on sites like Mashable.com also by clicking on “Social” or “Facebook”.
