How can I copy photos from iPhone 4S that were copied to a photo album?

I would like to know how to copy some pictures we copied from a Mac to my iPhone into a photo album on my iPhone 4S.

The album is not located in the DCMI folder where the pictures I took on my phone are located. I don’t see any other folders in internal storage on my phone while connected to my Windows Vista PC.

Does anyone know how I can get to this album that I can see using the Photos app that comes on the phone? Thanks.
