How can I convert a photo in a PDF document to JPEG?

I want to upload a photo that is currently in PDF form and need to convert it to JPEG.

    Download gIMP: http://www.gimp.org/
    Install.
    Run gIMP.
    Drag and drop the PDF file into the main gIMP screen (if it's a multipage doument it will open each page as one image).
    Use the crop tool to eliminate the stuff you don't want.
    Save the picture as JPEG.

    This will give you the best quality and it is very, very easy.

    if the size of the picture in the pdf file exceeds the monitor resolution (like in the comic books) then the..print screen will fall short..thank you.

    Not the best solution, but you can always use the print screen key and paste it onto a graphics software and arrange it...
