I have been trying to convert PDF to Doc, but the text isn’t editable. How can I convert to .doc format and be able to cut/paste/change the text?

The easiest is if your using Office 2007 or 2010, open the pdf file, save as: then choose the text of doc option. Also, a registered version of Adobe 9 and up would be helpful, KickAssTorrents. Hint Hint.

Really? Recommending torrents and illegal downloads? That's incredibly lame. Get lost.

Hello, have you saved the converted .doc document before you try to edit it or not?  I would say you could convert the file and make sure to save it.  Once it is saved, then you could try editing the file.  If you are looking for an online converter, you could try zamzar.
