How can I convert a .OST to a .PST file?

Kris Dolado asks:

I need to convert .OST to .PST file. I found a “Best OST to PST Converter” for converting the files with complete structure without deleting any files, but I need help using it. Any tips, other software or advice would help! Thanks.

Basically 2 kinds of data files in Outlook

1. offline data file, also called ost file, and
2. personal data file, also called pst file.

Normally stored at:
Windows 7 and Vista – drive:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook

Windows XP – drive:\Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
If you are find .pst file –> reconfigure with outlook

Hi Kris,

Conversion of OST to PST is not a big deal but repair corrupt OST file is difficult task, So I would recommended as such type of software which helps to repair the corrupt OST file and convert into PST file format i.e. Stellar Phoenix Convert OST to PST Software.
