Why can’t I connect my Nokia X6 to my office’s wireless network?

I have being trying to connect my Nokia X6 to the wireless network in my office and is giving me difficulty. What can I try that might help? Why might the network not accept my smartphone? Thanks!

did you talked with the administrator perhaps they are blocking extra connections?

are you using another keyboard on nokia?

perhaps you need to hard reset Nokia?

this may be due to the wireless devices that your administrators are allowing on the console.. and also depends on the security type that configured on the wireless profiles

please check with admins and do check whether the phone support that or not.
