Why can I not connect my lenses to the adapter for a Panasonic FZ100?

I have just purchased:
A) Polaroid 58 mm alum lens adapter , equivalent to DMV-la5
B) tele conversion lens Dow-lt55
c) close-up lens dmw-lc55

I managed to attach the adapter to the camera, but I can not attach the lens to the adapter! I don’t see any other connector in the catalog. What solution is there to this problem?
