Hello, what operating system are you using? If you are using windows 7 you could try running the shared folders, incoming connections(in computer sharing files) or internet troubleshooter. There are several ways you can access the troubleshooters.
One way is by doing the following:
– click on start
– type trouble
– click on troubleshoting
Another way:
– right click in internet connection icon in taskbar
– select troubleshoot problems
– select either of the options provided
Another way:
– right click in internet connection icon in taskbar
– select open network and sharing center
– click on troubleshoot problems
Are there several computers trying to access shared folders? Have you tried checking if same thing happens when using ethernet(wired) connection?
right click Computer/then select/Manage
Local Users and groups/Groups
Distributed COM Users
Add/local service
Check names, should capitalize
