How can I clean cookies selectively?

In chrome:

Select the spanner icon on the right hand corner
click on options
then click on “under the hood”
then Privacy>content settings>cookies>All cookies and site data…
then delete the cookies that u want and keep cookies that u want

Hello, if it is through only one interface, you can use freeware Cookie Monster.  It works in windows 7 x64:
