Michael McClellan asks:
I am looking for an extension or app to allow me to export Gmail emails with a certain subject line (or other search criteria) to my hard drive or other media.
My business is project driven, and when the project is over, I want to get all of the emails off of my Gmail account. I am currently at 22 GB of my 25 GB allowed.
Browser: Chrome 20

July 30, 2012The best way to do this is by downloading your message to your computer through email client such as thunderbird, office outlook, etc. You can create rules based on what you need, there is only one problem here, downloading all your message may take a long time to finish.
