Can I change the tile colour in Windows Phone 7?

Yes, you can. By default Windows Phone 7 does offer a few different color sets.

I believe there are some apps or ways to do some customization. But since my Lumia 800 is for business I haven’t really played around with it too much.

Yes u can, go to setting in app menu and then themes.. There u can change ur theme from dark black background to light or vice versa and tile color from blue to green, red, orage etc…….
