How can you change the photos in the photo strip on Facebook?

On your home page where the strip is, click on a photo that you don't want to show.  The photo pops up and to the bottom right is a link that says "Remove from profile" - click that and it will refresh your Home page and the picture won't be showing.

Every picture in your album has this link to the bottom right that toggles between removing it or allowing it on your profile strip.

A new picture from your albums will be there.  Apparently the picture strip automatically shows the last 5 pictures you uploaded.

The strip will always feature the last five images uploaded. To get the ones you want into the Facebook page photo strip all you need to do is create an album and upload the five images you wish to display, you don't have to publish the album.

change your profile picture with a picture you want to appear in your `picture strip`. Then you put your original profile picture up. You keep changing it with pictures you want on your picture strip until it is complete.

you go to the photo (edit photo) that you want in the filmstrip and you tag it (with your name, just select from dropdown), if you want to remove from photo strip then remove the tag from photo.

that's not entirely true. it will also show the last five pictures of yourself tagged. so if the pictures are already uploaded on facebook, you only need to tag yourself and they will show up on your strip.
