1. Log into your itunes account
2. Go to account settings
3. Then find the country location change it and save your account and you’re done

Go to appleid.apple.com on your browser and then click on Manage your Apple ID. Then type in your apple ID email and password. Now you will see a list on the left. Click on Adresses and then edit it accordingly. Voila!!! Your done.
